Shipping and Delivery
 

Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us, if you did not get this email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk box instead in case it went there by accident.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Incorrect or missing shipping information:  will most likely result in the gift NOT being delivered.  Please put a valid telephone number for the recipient(cellphone number is preferred). We will not call the number for any reason, other than to facilitate gift delivery.  Missing Suite #'s, Apt.#'s, and phone #'s will result in disruption in delivery. Please double check all recipient shipping information carefully, especially physical street address, apt #, suite #, and phone # before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delayed delivery or the package NOT being delivered at all. The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the sender’s responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient's address and phone number are correct we can’t accept responsibility for non-delivery because of wrong address/phone number. You will be informed by email when we found the delivery address/phone number was wrong, you will be requested to provide us the correct information before we ship the order.

The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required; a post office box number is not acceptable. The recipient's phone number (cell phone number preferred) is needed. Please note the address and phone number in shipping information section refers to recipient's address and phone number, NOT buyer's/your phone number. You will input your/buyer's information in Billing Information section. The Billing Information refers to the buyer's information and the Shipping Information refers to the recipient's information.

For Hotel Delivery, each hotel has its own gift delivery policy in place that we strongly adhere to. Due to the privacy policies of each hotel, and out of respect for the guests, we are not allowed to deliver to individual rooms, so we are required to leave the gifts at the guest services desks at the hotels. The procedures for delivery of gifts to the guests and their rooms differ from property to property. Our company receives a signature upon delivery at the property and considers the delivery of the order complete. We will not be held responsible for gifts that are lost, stolen or not delivered to the rooms by the hotel staff. We deliver orders as requested and cannot control what happens to them once they have been signed for by the hotel.  If a gift is not delivered in a timely manner, we strongly advise the purchaser to contact the hotel in question, as we have no control over the hotel properties delivery services or procedures they adhere to. NO CLAIMS WILL BE HONORED for delivery failures by the hotels or in the event that a guest fails to pick up their gift upon notification of it's location in the hotel by a hotel staff member." Yong Gift is NOT responsible for orders delivered to hotels in the event the recipient has checked out while the gift is in transit.  It is the buyer's responsible to ensure that the recipient will be at the location where the gift is being delivered. The buyer will be responsible for all fees incurred including redelivery or rerouting fees and a redesign or restocking fee.

For Hospital Delivery, please include the recipient's room/ward number and ensure that the recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. 

For School/University/College Delivery, If a gift is being shipped to a college, the package is most often delivered to the Campus Mail Room. This occurs even when an exact address, complete with door number, is on a package. This is a security measure most colleges put in place to ensure the safety of their students. Since the person of Mail Center will contact the recipient to pick up the package, the receiver's mobile phone number is required.

For Business Address Delivery, If a gift is being shipped to a business, the courier will deliver the package to the designated area where they deliver all other packages to the company. This may be a receiving area, a welcome desk, or an administrative desk. Many companies do not allow the delivery person to enter an office in pursuit of a recipient, so once the package has been signed for, it is the companies’ responsibility to make sure the gift reaches the correct person. 

Birthday/Anniversary/Wedding:  If you requested a specific date for the delivery on the important occasion, please note we can only deliver on that day if you choose a right date, the date that allow us the minimum time to prepare and deliver the gift. For example, you placed order on March 1, and requested it to be delivered on March 2, we may consider it as a wrong date and ingore it, because the delivery for that product requires 2 days. We will not hold any responsibility for so-called “delayed” delivery because of your fault of selecting a wrong date. If you need an urgent delivery for a specific day, please contact us beforehand to make sure it can be made on that day.

Flower and Cake are hand delivered to recipient's home or office. In the case of holidays, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, order early to ensure delivery on or before the holiday (above restrictions apply). As flower and cake are perishable fresh products, please make sure that the recipient is there to receive the delivery. We strongly recommend you to provide us the recipient's cell phone number, which we can call in the event the recipient is not at the location when delivery arrives. Re-delivery arrangment may result in a re-delivery fee.
 

We ship and deliver in China mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, Japan South Korea and Indonesia. The shipping/delivery fee to Mainland China is USD 5, Hong Kong and Macau is USD 8, Taiwan is USD 15, Japan is USD 12, South Korea is USD 11 and Indonesia is USD 9.

The shipping information can be provided either in English or language of recipient's region. 

We ship same or next day after order is placed.

Note that most of our products cannot be "bundled" for shipping.

We ship Monday to Saturday. The order can be delivered Monday-Sunday, for office address, it is delivered Monday-Friday.

Change of Delivery Date
For shipped products, it is possible to change the delivery date even it is already shipped out; Flower and Cake is hand-delivered product, the request for change of delivery date must be made no less than 2 days prior to the actual date.
