Q: I have placed the order sucessfully, why didn't I get an email notification from you?
A: If you do not receive the order cofirmation email or other emails from us, please check your spam/junk folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. 

 

Q: What are your hours of operation? 
A. Yong’s Gifts is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

 

Q: What is the Billing Information and Shipping Information?
A: Billing Information refers to the buyer's information and Shipping Information refers to recipient's information.
 

Q. Will my gift looks same as shown on the web?
A. Yes. In the rare event a particular product in a gift is out of stock, you will receive an automatic upgrade for the replacement of that item. Because of the popularity of some arrangements, we also reserve the right to substitute pictured containers/baskets with same quality ones.
 

Q. How can I pay for my gift order(s)?
A. All on-line payment methods are secure. Yongs Gifts offers payment by PayPal and accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discovery credit card payment options. Pay via bank transfer is also available.

Q. Do I always need to create a Paypal Account to pay?

A. Although it is suggested to set up a Paypal Account to make a payment, you can also choose to pay without a paypal account. See the following details:

All our payment processing goes via the Paypal website, there are however two options:

1)Use your Paypal account (which offers by itself several options: credit and debit card, bank transfer etc, this option is suggested by Paypal)

2)Use your credit card directly

If you do not have, cannot or do not want to use a Paypal account you can still pay using your credit card via Paypal(note that some countries do not have an option to purchase with a credit card). When you click Place Order button, you will be taken to the Paypal website. Then choose the option to pay as a guest using a credit card (the link can also be called "With Credit Card"). See below:

Even if you wish to pay with your credit card directly, we may suggest you to set up a paypal account using which will both protect seller and buyer's benefit.
 

Q. When will you ship the gift after I placed order with you?
A. In common conditions, we ship out orders within 24-48 hours after we receive your order, if you need an urgent delivery, please call our staff to discuss your requests. To ensure a timely delivery, we suggest you to place order as earlier as you can. We accept order within 60 days prior to the delivery date.
 

Q. How long does it take to deliver gift?  
A.  It depends on the destination. In China/Hong Kong/Macau, 
Flower and Cakes can be delivered as quickly as within same day, for the shipped gifts, your gift will usually be delivered within 1-3 days; For Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia the gift can be delivered within 48 hours in most case. 
 

Q. Can I specify a delivery date for my gift order?
A. Yes, as part of the process in placing your order, you may specify your desired delivery date for your gift. Yongs Gift will use this date as a guide when arranging for delivery to ensure that your order arrives as close as possible to this date. Where no desired shipping date is specified, Yongs Gift will ship your order as soon as payment has been processed.
 

A. How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?
Q. We will update your order status to "Complete" after the shipping was done. You can login in your account and check your order's status. Please also note most of time the order status will not be immediately updated even it had been actually delivered.

Q. Can I customize my gift?
A. Yes, you can. Please contact us to discuss your specific request for the gift.
 

QAre personalized enclosures included with the gift?
A. Yes. Simply provide the message that you would like to have sent with your gift when you place your order and our order fulfilment staff will ensure that your personalized message is included with the gift when shipped to your gift recipient.
