Dragon Boat Festival 2016

Dragon Boat Festival, also called Duanwu Festival, will be celebrated on June 9 2016, is a traditional China’s holiday together with Mid-autumn festival and spring festival making up three most important traditional holiday events  in China and among overseas Chinese people and community. The festival originated from Warrior-Time and has a history of  about 3000 years . The main celebration for the holiday involves in dragon boat racing and eating Zongzi, a kind of glutinous rice dumplings with various kind of fillings creating different flavour. When you send a gift for this holiday, Zongzi is an option chosen by many people, you can find a lot of Zongzi products packed in fancy gift box for sale at supermarket or a food store. However, if you want to send a gift which is not that usual and plain like, you can consider something more diverse and sophisticated , such as a gift basket or a gift set .
